AJVAR - Appetizer

Pepper-based condiment made principally from red bell peppers, eggplant, garlic and thyme.

 

GREEN SALAD - Salad

Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate minus dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.

 

BULGUR WHEAT PILAF - Side

Turkish type stir and steam in pan. 

 

BAKED CHICKEN WINGS - Main Course

Marinated in honey, chili peppers, yogurt, and curry. Baked with potatoes. 

 

REVANI - Dessert

Single layer of soft, yellow semolina sponge cake steeped in lots of light syrup.

Kidney beans with dried tomatoes, mixed greens, onion and olive oil.

Turkish meatballs with potatoes, peppers and a simple tomato sauce.  

 

SÜTLAÇ - Dessert

Turkish rice pudding.

Stuffed eggplants baked with ground beaf, onion, tomatoes.

 

CAKE - Dessert

Vanilla tray baked cake with your choice of chocolate, carrot & walnuts or plain.

Marinated with our delicious house sauce and spices. Grilled with veggies.

 

BAKLAVA - Dessert

Made of phyllo dough, finely crushed walnuts, butter, and a simple syrup made of sugar.
